• Our Gift Certificates can be used for the purchase of plants, pottery, and garden art. However, they cannot be used for garden consultations or landscape installations.

• Gift Certificates can be used any time the nursery is open – they do not expire!

• If you need a Gift Certificate amount different from one of our pre-sets simply add multiple certificates to the shopping cart to reach your desired amount - if the math doesn't work, you can call us at 845-626-2758 and we'll process your custom amount over the phone. If you need multiple certificates with different amounts and messages, each will need to be purchased separately.

• Please remember to fill out the "Message" section with "Delivery Details" at the bottom of the purchase page so we know to whom we're sending the Gift Certificate (to your recipient or directly to you to give to your recipient) and whether we are sending via snail-mail or e-mail. If you have any questions, or prefer to do this over the phone, you can call us at 845-626-2758 during business hours - or send us a message via the Get In Touch option at the bottom of each page and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

• Finally, it will take about 24 hours for a Gift Certificate to be processed - it requires a human to send it out - even a pdf is not instantaneously computer-generated and e-mailed out.
